AWB, label and pickup

Tracking customers can open
A branded tracking page per parcel, updated from courier webhooks and polling.
Bulk orders, CSV or Excel
Re-uploading a file never creates duplicate orders.

Smart allocation that tells you why

Pick a strategy per rule — cheapest, fastest, lowest return rate, or a weighted balance — and add conditions like COD only, weight bands or a specific store. Every booking stores the ranked shortlist and the reasons, and you can always override.

Cheapest

Lowest total including COD fee and GST.

Fastest

Shortest estimated delivery; price breaks ties.

Lowest RTO

Best delivered-vs-returned record on that pincode, from your own shipments.

Balanced

Your weights for cost, speed, returns and preferred couriers.

Couriers that can't serve the pincode, payment mode or weight are never auto-booked. Where history is thin, the score stays neutral and says so.

See what an order really earned

Add product costs once by SKU. Courier Wings subtracts shipping, return charges, packaging and payment fees from each delivered order — and the full loss from each RTO — so you can see which products, pincodes and couriers are costing you.

  • RTO by product, courier, channel and pincode with the rupee cost of returns.
  • COD you're owed — in transit, delivered and awaiting remittance, aged by days.
  • Courier bill checks — invoice lines compared with quoted cost to flag over-billing and weight disputes.
  • Honest numbers — anything with a missing cost or unsettled COD is labelled an estimate.
Example: one ₹1,297 COD order
Revenue (ex-tax)₹1,297
Product cost−₹510
Shipping incl. COD fee & GST−₹118
Packaging−₹15
Payment fee₹0
Contribution if delivered₹654
Same order if returned (forward + RTO fee + packaging)−₹212

Recover failed deliveries before they come back

When a courier reports a failed attempt, the parcel lands in your NDR queue with the reason and the customer's details. Request a re-attempt with a new date, phone or address, or send it back — the action goes straight to the courier where its API allows.

  1. 1

Order arrives from your store, CSV or API

  2. 2

Courier chosen by your rules and booked from your wallet

  3. 3

Label printed, pickup requested, tracking shared

  4. 4

Failed attempts queued for re-attempt or return; COD reconciled

Plugs into your store and your stack

Shopify

Connect with Shopify sign-in. Paid and COD orders import automatically; AWB and tracking are written back as fulfilments.

WooCommerce

A WordPress plugin sends Processing orders over signed requests and receives AWB, tracking and delivery updates.

Couriers

Connections for Shiprocket, Delhivery, NimbusPost, iThink Logistics, Xpressbees, ClickPost, Blue Dart and DTDC, plus Shipway for tracking parcels you booked elsewhere. Each is switched on only after it passes a live connection test.

Questions sellers ask

Do I need my own courier accounts?

Your platform operator connects aggregator and courier accounts and sets your prices. You ship from a prepaid wallet; there is nothing to configure with each courier yourself.

How is the price I pay worked out?

Each quote shows freight, COD fee and GST. The total is debited when you book and fully refunded if booking fails or you cancel before pickup. Return (RTO) charges are debited only if a parcel actually goes back.

What happens if a courier is down?

Rates from the other couriers still load and the error is shown. If a booking can't be confirmed, it is marked failed, refunded, and flagged for the operator to verify.

Can I control which courier gets which orders?

Yes. Rules can match payment mode, weight, order value, store and pincode, and can prefer or exclude couriers. You can override any automatic choice before booking.

Is my data separated from other sellers?

Every order, shipment, wallet entry, API key and file is scoped to your account, and API keys can only see your own data.

Can my developers integrate?

Yes — create scoped test or live API keys in the Developers area, subscribe to webhooks, and use the OpenAPI spec to generate a client.
